Ryan has almost two decades of experience serving in roles as a youth, small groups, and equipping pastor and is now excited to be serving as the Lead Pastor here at CCCHURCH! Before that, he taught philosophy courses for several universities. He and his wife, Erin, have six children, and they enjoy reading, hiking, and working in the garden when the weather’s warm. Ryan is most passionate about walking with others as they grow to be like Jesus.

Erin is a graduate of Taylor University where she first served in ministry as the Discipleship Coordinator of her dorm.  She now leads and oversees several core ministries including Pastoral Care, Connections, Life Groups, and Children's Ministry. She supports the lead pastor in managing staff and operations, and is passionate about discipling others. She also stays busy home educating her crew of six kids and enjoys hiking in beautiful places!

Jacob graduated from Lee University with a Bachelors in Pastoral Leadership with a Youth Min. focus. He has numerous years of experience in Student Ministry with 3 of them as a full time Student Pastor. He is most excited about leading students into living an active and growing life in Jesus, as well as supporting families to disciple their kids well. He and his wife, Charissa, and three kids enjoy cooking, games, and laughing together!

Abbi has been a member of this church for over 20 years and has been leading worship here for over 10 of them. She started in the JOYland band, continued into youth, and is now one of the leaders on Sunday morning. She loves music and has a passion to see it become a more instrumental part in how we glorify God. Abbi is married to her husband, Sam, who is also an active member of the worship team. They have two boys, Dieter and Milo, who are full of joy!​

Patti joined the staff as our Office Administrator in August 2017. She became a member of Christian Community Church in January 2013. She heads up Our Daily Bread ministry which serves meals and provides sack lunches to the homeless and less fortunate at The Dream Center in the Short North. She has three grown children and three grandsons. She lives with her sister Peggy, and they reside together in their childhood home.​

Alex has over ten years of experience working in kids ministry, as well as a lifetime of experience in the church growing up as a Pastor’s kid. She is most passionate about helping kids to realize that Jesus is their best forever friend, and equipping and encouraging parents as they raise Jesus loving kiddos. Alex and her husband Jason just welcomed their first son, Maxwell, in January and love spending all of their free time sharing their favorite things with him.

Anne joined our church in 2019 but she grew up going to Christian Community Church in Westerville. She sees such a value in Life Groups and what they provide for people. They are mini-churches inside a church! She homeschools her two now-teenaged boys for the last 7 years. She is on the board of Orphan World Relief and has a degree from Otterbein University. She has a heart for people who are going through the hardships of life or the hardships of settling in the US from a foreign country.

David has been leading the band at CCCHURCH for several years.  He's passionate about music and enjoys working with our worship pastor to build song sets each week for our Sunday services. He is passionate about building a team of excellent musicians and vocalists for our Sunday services and worship nights.  He and his wife, Brittany, have two beautiful daughters who keep life busy and full of fun!

Karen has been a member at CCC for over 20 years.  As director of prayer ministry, her passion is to see people experience the presence of Jesus through prayer and to help raise up praying people in the church.  She also has a desire to continually grow and learn in her own prayer life. One of her life verses is Lord teach us to pray (Luke 11:1). She is married to Dean, loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys the outdoors.

Ezekiel serves as a volunteer pastor for our Congolese service, which meets on the 2nd-4th Sundays of each month in our multi-purpose room at 10am. Services are in his native language, kinyamulenge, but translation is provided as needed. Ezekiel and his wife, Imma, are both passionate about helping refugees from the Congo (and other areas in Africa) as they transition to life in America and find a spiritual home here at CCCHURCH! They also have four wonderful children.​​

Duane founded CCCHURCH over 40 years ago along with his late wife, Gloria, and continues to serve and bless our congregation! He currently leads our missions council and serves on our pastoral care team. He also leads the Christian Connect Network, which is a network of non-denominational pastors and churches in the Columbus area. Duane has three grown children and seven amazing grandchildren! He recently married his beautiful wife, Louise, in 2023.​​

Jenni has been a member at CCCHURCH for almost 30 years and has served in many ministry capacities in that time. She loves seeing how Jesus uses His word and life circumstances to become opportunities for transformational experiences. She currently leads the Women's Intercessory Prayer Ministry and provides spiritual direction and care for the entire staff. She’s been married to Dan for 40 years and has two sons, Andrew and Evan and a daughter in love, Shojuana.​​​​​​
