RYAN PFLUM
Lead Pastor
Ryan has over a decade of experience serving in roles as a youth, small groups, and equipping pastor and is now excited to be serving as the Lead Pastor here at CCCHURCH! Before that, he taught philosophy courses for several universities. He and his wife, Erin, have six children, and they enjoy reading, hiking, and working in the garden when the weather’s warm. Ryan is most passionate about walking with others as they grow to be like Jesus.
ERIN PFLUM
Care Pastor
Erin is a graduate of Taylor University where she first served in ministry as the Discipleship Coordinator of her dorm. She leads and oversees several core ministries at CCCHURCH, including pastoral care, Life Groups, and Children's Ministry. She is passionate about helping individuals and families as they learn to live the Way of Jesus. She also stays busy home educating her crew of six kids and enjoys hiking in beautiful places!
JACOB BARNETT
Youth and Discipleship Pastor
Jacob graduated from Lee University with a Bachelors in Pastoral Leadership with a Youth Min. focus. He has numerous years of experience in Student Ministry with 3 of them as a full time Student Pastor. He is most excited about leading students into living an active and growing life in Jesus, as well as engaging with the rest of CCCHURCH in being a disciple-making community. Jacob and his wife, Charissa, and three kids enjoy cooking, board games, having people over, and most importantly - laughing together!
ABBI WALK
Worship Pastor
Abbi has been a member of this church for over 20 years and has been leading worship here for over 10 of them. She started in the JOYland band, continued into youth, and is now one of the leaders on Sunday morning. She loves music and has a passion to see it become a more instrumental part in how we glorify God. Abbi is married to her husband, Sam, who is also an active member of the worship team. They have two boys, Dieter and Milo, who are full of joy and certainly keep them on their toes. As a family, they enjoy board games, fellowship with friends, and adventuring the beautiful outdoors.
MEGAN GAYNOR
Children's Ministry Director
Megan has taught the Bible to students for over twenty years. She has a communications degree from Ohio State and is currently studying apologetics at Biola University. She is passionate about communicating the truth of Christianity with kindness and clarity and believes living the way of Jesus is the best life. She loves rollerblading and reading and playing board games. She is married to her high school sweetheart and together they homeschool their four children.
PATTI CARTER
Office Administrator
Patti joined the staff as our Office Administrator in August 2017. She became a member of Christian Community Church in January 2013. She heads up Our Daily Bread ministry which serves meals and provides sack lunches to the homeless and less fortunate at The Dream Center in the Short North. She has three grown children and three grandsons. She lives with her sister Peggy who is also a member of CCC, and they reside together in their childhood home.
EZEKIEL RURAMBIRA
Congolese Pastor
Ezekiel launched our Congolese service in 2020. He leads services in Kinyamulenge every Sunday, except for the first Sunday of the month when they join the main service for Communion Sunday. Ezekiel is married to Imma and has four beautiful children. They are originally from the Congo and have been living in the United States for ten years. We are excited to have them as a part of our CCCHURCH family!
DEANDRA MULLEN
Communications Coordinator
DeAndra came to CCCHURCH as a youth student in 2013. She has served in multiple capacities since 2017, including our JOYland children’s ministry as well as Youth. DeAndra joined staff in 2019. God has gifted her the opportunity to discern where there is a need for reconciliation and to speak to those spaces and situations. DeAndra is passionate about inviting people into living the way of Jesus. She lives in Worthington with her husband Anthony, three kids and their dog Odie. In her free time, you can find her with a book at her favorite coffee shop.

ANNE FICKEL
Life Groups Director
Anne joined our church in 2019 but she grew up going to Christian Community Church in Westerville. She sees such a value in Life Groups and what they provide for people. They are mini-churches inside a church! She homeschools her two now-teenaged boys for the last 7 years. She is on the board of Orphan World Relief and has a degree from Otterbein University. She has a heart for people who are going through the hardships of life or the hardships of settling in the US from a foreign country.
DUANE FLEMMING
Pastor Emeritus
Duane founded CCCHURCH over 40 years ago! He currently leads our missions council, directs our pastoral care ministry, and oversees our financial council and building committee. He also serves as Director of the Christian Connect Network, which is a network of non-denominational pastors and churches in the Columbus area. Duane has three grown children and seven amazing grandchildren.
KAREN BOUCOURAS
Prayer Ministry Director
Karen has been a member at CCC for over 20 years. As director of prayer ministry, her passion is to see people experience the presence of Jesus through prayer and to help raise up praying people in the church. She also has a desire to continually grow and learn in her own prayer life, and one of her life verses is Lord teach us to pray (Luke 11:1). She is married to Dean and has two adult married children and two grandchildren. In her free time, she loves to be with her children and grandchildren, ride her bike and enjoy the outdoors.
JENNI MERTZ
Spiritual Formation Director
Jenni has been a member at CCCHURCH for over 26 years and HAS served in many ministry capacities in that time. She loves seeing how Jesus uses His word and life circumstances to become opportunities for transformational experiences. She currently leads the Intercessory Prayer Ministry, as well as meeting one on one with people through the Pastoral Care Ministry. She’s been married to Dan for 37 years and has two sons, Andrew and Evan and a daughter in love, Shojuana.
DAVID YOST
Music Ministry Director
David has been leading the band at CCC for several years. He's passionate about music and enjoys planning song sets each week for our Sunday services as well as developing a team of excellent musicians and vocalists. He and his wife Brittany have two young daughters who keep life busy and full of fun!
