How do I check my child in each Sunday? Children are checked in using a computerized Check-In system. There is a check-in computer in each Sunday School wing. Parents type in the last four digits of their phone number or their last name and choose the service(s) their child is attending. A name tag will print for each child and for each service they are attending. It will also print a Security ID Label for the parent or guardian (a Security Label will not print for children attending The Bridge). When you pick your child up, please hand the Security ID Label to the greeter and they will gather your child and their belongings for you. For the safety of the children, we ask parents to wait outside the room when dropping off or picking up. What if I’m needed during the service? The Security ID labels printed for the parent or guardian has a number in the upper right hand corner. Should we need you during the service, the security ID number will appear on the main screens in the Worship Center. For guests, the number is located on your guest registration sticker. When does my child promote to the next age group? Children are promoted during the summer each year. Can my pre-teen or teen serve in Splash? Kids in The Bridge are welcome to serve in The Cove once they complete an application, initial meeting with the director, and training. Youth in junior or senior high are also welcome to serve in our rooms. We require youth workers to be at least 5 years older than the kids they’re working with. What is your health policy? In an ongoing effort to keep our kids, families, and ministry partners healthy and happy, we kindly ask that you abide by the following health policy.
