What is MOPS?
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a program for mothers with children under school age (infant through kindergarten). Women in the same phase of life, with different lifestyles and backgrounds, meet together with a shared desire to be the best mothers they can be! MOPS provides encouragement, support, teaching and friendships. In these relationships, moms find answers for their everyday dilemmas and they discover a safe place to explore the deeper principles for life-building. MOPS makes a difference in the lives of women and their families. MOPS provides an informal environment in which to develop friendships, complete a creative project, enjoy a brunch, and learn more about being a mother and a woman. This program gives mothers of preschoolers a break from everyday routine. MOPS also provides childcare with a specially designed MOPPETS program.
What is MOPPETS?
MOPPETS is a program designed specifically for the preschoolers of the mothers who attend MOPS. The classes provide children a loving environment where they listen to Bible stories, sing, participate in crafts, have snacks, and play with other children their age.
When does MOPS meet?
MOPS meets the first and third Wednesdays of every month from 9:00a.m.-11:30a.m., September through May.
