Bio: Russ was born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey and baptized in Colorado, where he was educated and was married to his lovely wife of 38 years. Russ has spent the majority of his working career in the oil and gas exploration business as a petroleum landman. Russ has been a member of WaterStone for 15 years and has participated in Alpha and the Helping Hands ministries. Russ's other interests are backpacking, fishing and hunting with his three sons and helping his wife babysit their grandchildren.
