Our purpose is to help men engage in the dynamic process of heart transformation and growth toward spiritual maturity, so that they may reproduce, and radically affect the culture in which they live, all to God’s glory. Since its formation in 1993, the foundation and value of the ministry has been its relational, discipleship groups.
We want to reach men where they are and invest in men who will invest in other men.

Jon's Bio
Jon was born in Indiana, raised and baptized in Connecticut, educated (MBA) and married in Massachusetts, enjoyed four years in Europe with his wife Carol, and then moved to Colorado to begin a career in the medical device industry. Today, he is a co-owner of a fitness accessories manufacturer/wholesaler and a consultant in the med tech outsourcing industry. As the founder of Men's Ministries at WaterStone, Jon is humbled and amazed by how God slowly formed a passionate leadership team and a brilliant vision for His glory. Jon's deep seated interests include hanging out with his two adult sons and their families, invetsing in the lives of others, connecting men with one another for the kingdom, as well as skiing, golfing, cooking, and reading.
