We're always looking for people who love God and love kids to join the Splash team.
The first step in volunteering is to click here and fill out a ministry partner application. Applications are also available at the Splash Info Center. The application includes reference checks and authorization for us to run a background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigations.

Dive into one of these exciting roles:

  • The Cove Nursery Crew - If you love to hold and care for babies and toddlers, this is the place for you!
  • River Guides (small group leaders/lead teachers) serve in The Cove, The Creek, The Current, The Bridge, Awana, and VBS. We need people with a heart for building life-changing relationships with kids. Let us know which age you prefer.
  • Assistant River Guides serve in The Cove, The Creek and during VBS to help support our river guides by setting up activities, passing out supplies, and assisting throughout the class time.
  • Expedition Navigators serve as program host/M.C. in The Current. In this up-front role, the expedition navigators enthusiastically guide the class through the day's activities.
  • Sound Tech serves in The Current and during special events to aid with the technical aspects of our programs.
  • Worship Leaders lead kids to engage in worship through songs and choreography. Worship Leaders lead a small team of kids who help lead worship alongside the adult worship leader. This position requires an audition.
  • Excursion Guides assist with activities and service projects that The Bridge holds throughout the year including, providing transportation, participating in and/or supervising the activities, and giving input for activity ideas.
  • Guest Check-In Crew helps answer questions and check-in guests at our Info Center in the main Concourse on Sunday mornings.
  • Materials Managers gather and organize curriculum and supplies in The Cove, The Current, and The Bridge.
  • Volunteer Coordinators: We need individuals to serve with the Splash staff to ensure volunteers are in place and classrooms are ready to receive children. Volunteer coordinators will support the river guides and materials managers, as well as greet families.
  • Special Events Crew serves during various special events throughout the year, including Christmas Eve & Easter services, childcare for training center courses, and Vacation Bible School.
  • Parent Involvement - At WaterStone, we believe that the primary responsibility for instilling faith in kids lies with parents and that's why we ask that parents who register with Splash serve in our classrooms either regularly as teachers or greeters or at a minimum, once per quarter during the Sunday school year. Not only do children love to have their parents join them in the rooms, parents reap the indescribable reward of watching their children blossom socially and spiritually. Parents are also invited to help with behind-the-scenes tasks throughout the year.
