Access to the building and Security Card Information
Each family receives two security access cards at the beginning of the school year. If your child will be regularly picked up by someone other than their parents (i.e., nanny, grandparents, etc), please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request a security access card for them. Each additional card costs $10.

The security cards allow you to enter through the west doors, by the main office, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Thursday. Should you forget your card or lose it, please check-in at the front office and they will open the door for you. Please report lost cards immediately to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , so that the lost card can be deactivated and a new card issued. Each replacement card costs $10.

How do I check-in my child in each morning?
Children must be signed into and out of their classrooms each school day. The sign in sheets are located on the counter or table outside of each classroom. Please initial in the appropriate column and leave a phone number where you can be reached during the school day. This is the first phone number we will call should we need you during the day. We will not release a child to anyone other than the parent/guardian or authorized person listed on the Emergency Contact Information form. Please place your child's name tag on and help them get their belongings situated for the day.

What if I’m needed during the day?
If you are needed during the school day, we will try to contact you using the phone number provided on the sign in sheet. If we cannot reach you, we will try all phone numbers we have on file and on your emergency card, should we need to contact one of your emergency contacts.

What should I send to school with my child?
Please pack the following items each day: a lunch that does not need to be refrigerated or microwaved, a change of clothes (including socks), 2 diapers (as needed), appropriate clothing for playing outdoors (layers are usually best in Colorado), a sippy cup or water bottle. Please be sure to label everything clearly with your child's name.

When and where do I pay my tuition?
Tuition is paid in advance for each month. Therefore, your 1st month's tuition will be due at packet drop off in August with the remaining month's tuition being due the 1st of each month through April. All tuition is prorated and is the same amount for every month regardless of the number of days school is in session that month. In order to provide a quality program and for obvious budget reasons there are no refunds of tuition if your child misses a day due to illness or vacation or if the program is forced to close due to inclement weather. Payment is due no later than the 10th of each month. A $10 late fee will be collected on amounts that are past due. Tuition is collected in the mail box located next to the Kritter Korner at the west entrance of the building.

What is your health policy?
In an ongoing effort to keep our kids, families, and ministry partners healthy and happy, we kindly ask that you abide by the following health policy. Please do not bring your child to any church function if he/she has any of the following:

  • Any sign of infection
  • Runny nose that is not clear
  • Contagious cough
  • Unexplained rash
  • Fever, vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours
  • Illness requiring an antibiotic that has not been administered until illness is no longer contagious

How is discipline handled?
A positive, loving approach to discipline is followed. We believe that established behavior boundaries result in more fun and more learning for everyone. Our teachers use positive reinforcement and redirection and focus on the action rather than the child in order to build self-esteem and preserve a healthy self-concept.   The word discipline comes from the same root as the word disciple and means, "to teach". Therefore, our discipline strategies focus on:

  • Teaching children responsible behavior
  • Providing opportunities for children to self-correct
  • Ensuring safety
  • Providing an environment conducive to learning
